Is $17,000 to install LVP flooring a fair price?

I purchased new LVP flooring from Floors for Living with a "lifetime warranty". Three months after installation, the flooring started to warp in different parts of the house. I contacted the company, and they stated they would come out to fix it but needed to wait for flooring replacements since they were out of stock. It has been over a year, and still no repair. They now claim the manufacturer shut down completely and stopped making floors. I was never told during the sale that this flooring was on clearance or discounted. The store manager asked me to come to the store to pick out a similar material, and they offered to use floor planks from another room to replace the buckling planks and put the new floor in a different room so it all "matches". My concern is that I see the floor begin to buckle in places all over my home. They never even finished installing the baseboards and left me the pieces in the garage. I didn’t push so much in the beginning because we had a big summer and winter storm, but this is getting ridiculous. I am afraid they will replace a room, and I will still have this issue keep coming up in the future. If it started to buckle only 3 months in, it could be because they didn’t prep the floor properly. I am wondering if it is even realistic to ask for a total replacement, or if it would be fair for me to ask for a different material even if I am okay with paying the difference for the price.
