Is $13 to remove all floors and install new unfinished hardwood a fair price?
Project Details
Remodeling first floor including moving walls, kitchen, and bath. Current hardwood has squeaks, soft spots, and moving planks. Existing subfloor is likely 1/2 inch under hardwood and 3/4 inch particle board elsewhere. Homeowner prefers hardwood over laminate but is concerned about project scope and existing installation quality.
