Is $30,000 to remove existing flooring and install LPV and tile with new trim a fair price?
Project Details
I was quoted $30000 for this work. I'm unsure if this is a reasonable price and if it's normal for the painting of stringers and risers to not be included. I need advice on whether I should get another quote.
