Is $15,000 to remove 1,000 sqft of carpet and install luxury vinyl flooring including a stairway rebuild a fair price?
Project Details
I am looking to take advantage of the 14% return Costco claims to give through their ShopSave card and credit card rewards. I've calculated that the cost is roughly $13 per sq ft installed. I also checked another supplier for the same flooring material, and it would cost about $5,900 for 1,000 sq ft, excluding stairs and labor. I am currently waiting for more labor and material quotes to compare.
