Is $15,200 to upgrade to revwood flooring throughout a fair price?

Project Details

I’m in the process of buying my first home (new construction townhome), and I need to decide on upgrades pretty soon. I’m on a budget, so I’m trying to figure out what’s worth doing through the builder (rolled into mortgage/property tax) vs hiring someone after closing.
