Is $50,000 to remove asbestos tiling and add new flooring a fair price?

Project Details

I have an offer in for an older home. The lower floor, which is 1800 sqft, has asbestos tiling. Some sections have ceramic over a moisture barrier and foam, others have vinyl, and two rooms have raw tile with some chips. I am panicking about this discovery. I am considering asking for a lower price on the home or buying it and going into deeper debt for the work. I don't want to leave the asbestos in, and I feel the owners acted in bad faith by not disclosing this.
