Is $10,000 to level a floor by drilling into slab and filling with foam a fair price?
Project Details
I just took out my hardwood to have new flooring put in and noticed one of the rooms (it’s 400 sq ft) seems to be about 0.25 of an inch lower than the rest of the floor. I'm wondering what amount of not being level is acceptable and if there's a standard. Two different companies have told me I can just level it as there seems to be no structural issues anywhere. I will be doing glued down floors.
