Is $1,200 to self-level part of my basement for vinyl flooring a fair price?
Project Details
I am installing vinyl flooring in part of my basement. I hired someone who specializes in concrete and also does flooring on the side; he did great work for me last year pouring my patio. He came by with a laser level to assess the area and provide this quote. I'm looking for thoughts on whether $4/sqft is a fair price for leveling 300 sqft in an older basement, especially since there are more dips than high spots.
