Is $800 to replace discolored floorboards a fair price?
Project Details
I recently moved out of a rental property and the agent is quoting $800 to replace discolored floorboards. I would ideally like to avoid paying this and am wondering if there is anything I can do to fix the discoloration myself. I am also questioning if this could be classified as fair wear and tear. I'm considering a DIY job.
