Is $10,000 to replace flooring throughout 1300 sq ft house (carpet, LVP, baseboards) a fair price?

I just got a quote to replace my flooring. I didn't include the kitchen tile but I did want to remove the entryway tile and replace it with LVP. It was originally going to be closer to $10 a square foot but the guy "made a phone call" and came down to $10,000. I also asked how much for just the LVP and it was closer to $7,000. This seems high to me. I didn't pick expensive stuff to put in. It was the second price level LVP and the carpet looked almost exactly like what we already have. When I replaced the flooring 10 years ago it cost under $1,000 for carpet in all three bedrooms. The laminate only cost us $300 because we got it on clearance and installed it ourselves. I understand that was 10 years ago and before COVID but is $10,000 for 1300 sf reasonable now or should I get another quote? It's sad that costs have gone up so much in ten years. Yes, there's no furniture in the house but they included moving furniture and toilets, etc. and disposing of old flooring materials.
