Is $21,000 to install two Goodman heat pump units and an AO Smith heat pump water heater a fair price?

I am electrifying my home and ditching natural gas due to the 50% distribution charge, as it comes out much cheaper to use electricity. I have already calculated the gas to electric conversion, and it is a definite savings, which will be even more so when I install solar. I have spoken to a few other companies, and they said they could not touch this price. It seems $16,000 is a lot for the electrification part, but I really do not know. I am looking for thoughts on this quote and the units for my large 7,000 sq ft home.
