Is $32,148 to install a Bryant 5-ton deluxe AC and furnace system a fair price?

I'm in Michigan and received a quote for a new AC and furnace. The price seems much higher than I expected, as I was hoping to keep the total around $15,000. I'm also concerned because my upstairs units are just as old and will likely need to be replaced soon. The current furnace is working fine. I am moving in 2 years, so I'm considering a lower-priced, single-stage setup, as I believe people buying homes look at the age and brand rather than the efficiency level. This should be a plug-and-play installation with no crawl spaces or new ductwork. I've been told by Gemini that the price is extraordinarily high. This company is very respected and large in our area, and they are great at repairs. I think they might prefer repairs over full installs unless someone is willing to pay a premium. Our neighborhood has very nice houses, so we might be getting a surcharge. They offer a price guarantee, but everything has to be an exact match in parts and installation.
