Is $15,000 to install a Rinnai high efficiency combi boiler with 2 heat zones a fair price?

I am getting a quote for a new boiler because my current 19-year-old Smith Cast Iron Boiler with a water tank has issues every year. The latest issue is a bad ignition controller, which my current company quoted $1200 to replace. I'm tired of constantly spending money on repairs and having no heat on winter nights. I am waiting for another company to provide a second quote, which I expect to be in a similar price range.
