Is $16,800 to install forced air with ductwork a fair price?
Project Details
I recently bought a house with electric radiant heat in the ceilings. It's a ranch with a walkout basement and no existing ductwork. I am really struggling to make a decision between forced air and mini-splits. I don't want to redo my basement, but I would do it and leave the ceiling open if forced air was by far the best choice. I don't mind the look of the mini splits.
