Is $800 to perform a deep cleaning for mold in the AC unit a fair price?

I have no clue about AC units. It's been 2 years since I moved into this house, and I thought the AC unit should be professionally cleaned. An HVAC company vacuumed 2 of my vents using a rolling HEPA filtered machine. The company looked inside the AC unit in the attic and showed me pictures of mold, recommending deep cleaning. I'm questioning if the deep cleaning service is warranted based on the pictures. I will not be giving any more business to this company.
