My home is 3 years old. The technician showed me a couple of black mold dots in the furnace, which prompted the recommendation for a UV light. I am a first-time homeowner and am seeking a second opinion on this recommendation. I had them do a basic cleaning, but then they started mentioning all the extras. I'm glad I did not buy it right away.
