Is $300 to blow out a condensation line a fair price?

Project Details

I feel this was a 'money grab' due to shoddy workmanship. After this experience, I installed a union to get a clear shot and learned to do this maintenance myself monthly during Austin, Texas summers.

Quote Details

The service involved blowing out the condensation line. The homeowner observed that the technician did not separate the glued PVC, which may have caused compressed air to go back into the furnace. The service reportedly took only 15 minutes, and the technician did not check the exterior line for debris.
