Is $2,400 to replace AC unit's TXV a fair price?

I need some advice on whether the cost for this HVAC job seems reasonable. I have a 4-ton unit. They said the $2400 includes the sealer, and I think they are charging more if there is a coil leak and we decide to replace that.
