Is $4,000 to replace evaporator coil and refrigerant a fair price?

Project Details

I just got quoted $4k for a new coil and coolant as I have a coolant leak. Our electric bill was insane last month so we had a technician come and he found a leak. I'm asking if this is a normal quote and if I could negotiate it down.
