Is $803 to replace an AC capacitor a fair price?

Project Details

My AC wasn't blowing cold air. The service guy came out and quickly identified it was the capacitor. He had the part on his truck and replaced it very fast, with the AC working within about 20 minutes of his arrival. I checked online and the capacitor itself seems to be a very inexpensive part, and the installation took only about 5 minutes. I feel like I've been ripped off, as the consensus from others is that the price should be much lower, typically between $140-250, or up to $300 for an emergency call, which this was not.
