Is $6,000 to install a 3-ton york heat pump and repair furnace room ductwork a fair price?

My 2013 Lennox air conditioning unit went bad and it is suggested that we replace it. The hvac guy suggested a York heat pump replacement for my current unit along with some repair to my duct work in my furnace room to improve air flow.
