Is $600 to clean the blower a fair price?

I had my annual inspection with a new company and they said all looked well but the blower needed a regular cleaning. Previously, this was covered by the company who installed it, for the first few years, so I have nothing to compare it to pricewise. I feel like their rates are a bit on the high side for the other things they've done for me (for example- $1600 to replace the outdoor spigot and connected pipe right behind it). I've tried to get costs from other local companies for comparison and not one of them will give me even a ballpark quote without the $100 quote/inspection fee.
