Is $1,000 to replace 4in duct work with 6in in 3 main bedrooms a fair price?

Project Details

I bought a house 3 months ago and we noticed in the rooms furthest from the furnace it gets very little airflow and is always a lot more colder compared to other rooms. We currently have 4in duct work running throughout the house. We have a new upgraded furnace from 2022.
