Is $450 to install an Ecobee thermostat for a dual fuel system a fair price?

I had an Amazon smart thermostat that wouldn’t trigger the cooling part of my system and it turns out that the thermostat wasn’t compatible with my dual fuel system. I'm trying to do the installation myself but I’m not getting power to the thermostat at all. I just checked the fuse and it’s perfectly fine as well.
