Is $2,450 to replace an AC outside unit a fair price?

My AC outside unit suddenly stopped working a few days ago. The inside fan still worked fine but the outside/condenser was not turning on. It is an old unit, about 14 years old, that still uses R-410A refrigerant. I received this quote and am wondering if it is a good price.
