Is $12,500 to replace an attic hvac unit with a 2-ton runtru system a fair price?

I need to replace an attic unit. I had the same size unit replaced with a Trane for $7,500 in 2022. I was prepared for around $9k but $12.5k for a cheaper brand seems high. The quote came from the same small shop that did my other unit in 2022. I have a window unit as an interim fix as the attic unit only cools the upstairs.
