Is $18,000 to fully replace all flex ductwork and metal boxes a fair price?

I’m trying to get this house that I inherited ready to sell and it’s probable that any buyer will need to qualify for a conventional mortgage. I don’t know the age of the ductwork but I’m guessing 1980s with some spot repairs since. I’m totally new to this process and wondering how this would affect a buyer’s ability to get a loan.
