Is $850 to replace damper motors a fair price?

I am not a HVAC person and I'm learning as I go. One of the actuator motors for my dampers is malfunctioning and is remaining closed and not opening. My system uses a Honeywell TrueZONE® HZ311 Panel, and currently has Carrier HF21KJ005 damper motors. We got a quote to replace the motors of $850.00 which seemed high, especially when the process to replace the motors does not seem all that involved, that is it seems like a remove and replace. I do my own home repairs and am pretty capable. I am guessing based on the fact that my current motors are power open power close, that I do not have a spring return in the vent though I have not checked. Can anyone recommend a good replacement for these? The Carrier replacement model GHF21KJ007 are 350.00 on supply house but I do not know much about the field, are there any other decent brands or products to replace this? Otherwise would it be easier to put in a spring return damper and get a honeywell motor? I appreciate any help or advise
