Is $1,200 to replace two zone dampers a fair price?

Project Details

I had an HVAC company diagnose hot and cold spots in my house. They found that I have two dead Honeywell zone damper motors. I asked if they could just change out the motors/actuators, but the technician said they need to replace the entire damper unit. I received an estimate for $1200 for the work, which seems way too high to me, as I looked online and the parts appear to be about $150 per piece. I'm looking for advice on this quote.
