Is $11,155 to install a Lennox dual fuel HVAC system a fair price?

I have a furnace from 1989 that I I’m looking to replace. I’m leaning toward a dual fuel system with a heat pump. I'm wondering about the single stage 80% furnace; if it's common to use an 80% with a heat pump since it’s not the primary heat source. I live in Denver, so winters are cold, but not usually awful. My old unit is an 80% furnace, so perhaps it makes sense to use the current intake/exhaust.

The installation includes: - New furnace - Short riser box - Replacing the return drop with 10x25 duct - Adding guillotine filter location - Disconnecting lower trunk line and capping the duct - Adding 2-10" duct runs to connect to supply plenum - Adding turning vanes into the supply and return in 4 locations to improve airflow and system performance - New condensate pump - Moving outdoor condenser over 5' to wider window opening - Extending the lineset to that area - Outdoor equipment pad with risers - Customer to run larger electrical circuit from adjacent breaker panel - Lennox E30 thermostat - Removal and disposal of the old equipment - Complete system start up - All taxes, labor, and materials - Warranty: 10 year parts, 20 year heat exchanger - Maintenance: First year included, up to 3 year labor warranty with continued maintenance
