Is $1,950 to replace R8 supply ducts a fair price?

I'm currently in the middle of an HVAC job, and it's been a nightmare. I live in a 1000 sq ft apartment. This is my first HVAC project, so I'm learning as I go. The old ductwork was fiberglass from the 70s, and there was incomplete ducting going from the plenum to the primary bedroom, which caused me to spend a fortune on AC for years. I'm questioning the fairness of this quote, as I estimate needing about 25 feet of duct work, and I've seen insulated flexible ducting at Home Depot for around $217. I'm also looking for an estimate for drywall patch/paint for a 5x8 area and a 5x5 area, as drywall will be removed for this installation. I'm frustrated with the install manager's negligence and his attitude towards adding the duct to the primary bedroom.
