Is $1,850 to install a bathroom exhaust fan and roof ventilation a fair price?

We have an old model and the ventilation goes to the attic, so I guess the gist of it is they would need to cut out some of the area to fit the new bathroom exhaust while also cutting the roof to put ventilation there that connects.
