Is $3,200 to repair a refrigerant leak and clean coils on an AC unit a fair price?

Project Details

I had a technician look at my AC unit, which is not working. This is for a townhouse that I am trying to sell, and the listing goes live in two days. I am hesitant about the $3200 repair quote, but the job can be completed by tomorrow if I proceed. It seems they are going to fix a leak in the system. I'm not sure how big of a job this is, and I'm trying not to get scammed since I'm very close to going live with the listing. I wasn't present for the assessment; this information came through my realtor.
