Is $200 to replace AC capacitor a fair price?

My AC stopped working. A technician came out and diagnosed the issue as a faulty capacitor. He quoted $200 for the capacitor replacement, including labor. I found this too expensive, so I ordered a new capacitor from Amazon. I am now trying to install it myself but need help connecting a red wire to the contactor. My AC model number is GSX130361EF. I wasn't present when the technician came by.
