Is $200 to fabricate a custom 6-inch round duct offset a fair price?
Project Details
I'm installing a Vent-a-hood range hood insert and having trouble figuring out how to duct it to my existing vent. The opening on the insert is 6 3/8" to the left of where I need it to be, and there's only about 4 7/8" vertical space to move in. I'm not concerned about the look since it will be covered, but the instructions say not to use semi-rigid ducting due to airflow resistance and grease fire hazards.
