Is $5,300 to replace boiler water tank and attached pump a fair price?

The water tank for my boiler is leaking. I need to get hot water and heating back up quickly, so I'm trying to get a quick sense check on the price to make sure it's within reason. The quote is from a company via my home warranty, which covers about 40% of the cost, specifically $2,000. I wanted to confirm that the price wasn't massively overcharged because they know it's partly covered by the warranty. I find myself needing to make a decision before I have all the quotes if I want hot water back this week.
