Is $600 to replace a furnace vent pipe a fair price?
Project Details
Cool Care recently performed a bi-annual check of my AC and furnace. The technician detected a low amount of carbon monoxide when starting the furnace and shut off the gas. I am concerned about the price of the repair and wonder if it's justified, especially with two young kids at home and tight finances. I am seeking advice on whether the price is legitimate and what I should do. I also have issues with companies overcharging and taking advantage of people.
