Is $450 to repair the damaged natural gas heating and water heater vent pipes a fair price?
Project Details
A tree fell on the roof and damaged the exit vent for the natural gas/AC heating unit. The repair was performed in about 30 minutes, but the joint is loose and can be wiggled 6 inches in any direction. The homeowner has not tested the heat yet as it is summer.
