Is $1,900 to replace gas water heater vent pipe and flex pipe a fair price?

My roof was recently replaced, and the insulation is brand new. My tankless gas water heater was a bit suspicious and definitely needs servicing, which I plan to do soon. After the roof and insulation replacement, the straight pipe to the roof hole for venting the gas from the water heater came loose and fell away, so it needs to be fixed. I'm concerned that the $1900-$2000 quote for the vent replacement feels high, even though I understand costs are higher in South Florida. My house has flooded in the past, and I've already paid for extensive renovations including walls, bathrooms, kitchen, electric, plumbing, roof, and impact windows and doors, so I'm familiar with trade work costs, but this still seems excessive. I agree that all the venting is messed up and needs to be replaced.
