Is $450 to repair a blown furnace transformer a fair price?

My Trane thermostat recently went blank, and I was unable to reset it. I called the original dealer for a diagnosis. I am questioning if the quoted prices are reasonable, especially since another technician previously mentioned a 'Drain Pan Safety Switch / SS2' and I'm wondering if the 'Inline Float Switch' in this quote refers to the same part.
