Is $641 to install a Smartlamp UV Air Treatment System a fair price?

Project Details

During a routine checkup, mold was found on the blower of my upstairs furnace in the attic. The furnace is 9 years old. A tech used a purple pen-looking thing from IMS Laboratory to test for mold, and it came back purple. I bought the house 3.5 years ago, and it is 30 years old. I had 4-inch media filters/housings installed a couple of years ago for both the upstairs and downstairs units. I also had a UV light installed on the lower unit earlier this year because mold was found there too. I'm wondering if either of the offered UV options are worth it.
