Is $3,000 to replace a burnt out Lennox blower motor and control board a fair price?

Project Details

I am a newish home owner. My blower motor is burnt out in our Lennox model (ch35-24b). I am trying to find the part number for the motor and asking if the quoted price sounds right for replacement in an attic unit. I was told it is an obsolete system.
