Is $6,800 to install a 3 ton mini split with 1 head unit a fair price?
Project Details
I own a bar that is about 1,000-1,200 sq ft. We have an old, unreliable dual unit ducted HVAC system that doesn't work well and has been fixed a dozen times. It struggles to cool the place, only reaching 69 degrees when empty and 75+ when full. Replacing the current system would cost 30k due to the need for a crane. Our current total gas and electrical bill is $2,200 a month, and I believe the majority of this is from the HVAC.
