Is $10,000 to remove mold and install new attic insulation a fair price?

When I bought my house last year I was told upon inspection theirs pretty much no insulation and mold all over the attic which doesn’t surprise me as a hoarder lived in the house before renovations and their was a huge hole in the roof for years so everything that fell from the sky within those years stayed in the attic. I just want to make sure I’m not being ripped off and I want to hear the pros about doing this as it’s a lot of money and I want to make sure it’s worth doing so.
