Is $3,200 to install closed cell spray foam insulation a fair price?
Project Details
I live in Zone 3, northern CA and have an attached, unfinished garage. The sun beats down on the garage all day, making it consistently 10+ degrees warmer than outside. I have appliances in the garage. I plan on leaving the ceiling open (not sheetrocking) and like the extra storage space this provides. I am concerned about needing ventilation if I go with the batt option. The garage is approximately 24x24 or 23ft deep. I'm not trying to spend too much.
