Is $1,000 to install open cell spray foam in a small shop a fair price?
Project Details
I have a small building/shop I remodeling. The vapor barrier seems to be tar/asphalt paper. I m concerned about the spray foam adhering to the tar/asphalt paper, and if this will be an issue. The building is in Louisiana, where humidity is pretty harsh, and I was advised to let it breathe. It will mostly be a climate-controlled space with a mini split. I was also told closed cell foam would be $600 more.
