Is $15,000 to spray foam insulation for a 40x60 metal shop a fair price?
Project Details
I'm looking for the best way to insulate my metal shop, which has a red iron frame. I've received a quote for spray foaming the entire 40x60 shop, but the cost of $15,000-$18,000 is currently out of my range. I'm unsure how to proceed with bat insulation and DIY options for the walls. The shop gets cold and humid, and I currently use a wood stove. I don't have an HVAC system in the shop but am planning to get a large dehumidifier in the future.
