Is $2,000 to install attic air sealing and blown fiberglass insulation a fair price?

Project Details

My downstairs is consistently cold and I was told crawl space insulation wouldn’t do much. Instead, attic insulation was recommended, but I worry that I’ll spend 2k with little improvement. I had an energy audit done last year but it wasn’t very helpful; I found a new company that gets better reviews, and it's $200 for a short report and door blower test. The energy audit guy said he had a thermal camera.
