Is $4,800 to install 16 basic kitchen cabinets a fair price?

I was quoted $4800 for a small kitchen cabinet install and had some sticker shock, wondering if this is the going rate. I am getting other bids. The cabinets, which I'm paying $8500 for, are from an out-of-state manufacturer (KOCH out of Kansas) and were sourced from a builder's supply.
