Is $10,000 to do kitchen cabinet work including demo a fair price?

I am closing on a new home and planning several kitchen changes. I am also changing the granite to quartzite, but that is handled by another party. I am questioning if the $10,000 estimate for the cabinet work is reasonable, especially since other cabinet makers quoted me $75-100 per unpainted door, and I estimate needing 6-10 doors. I'm wondering if there's a different route I should consider.
